    Why we drink juice??
    Please tell me:

    1)Why we drink fruit juice?Why is it good for us?

    2)Why we should drink juice in the morning.( for example not in the night)

    Why we drink juice??
    Fruit juice often contains essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. You would drink the juice in the morning because it has lots of sugar and will provide you with energy to get your day going. It will not hurt you to drink the juice before bed, but it may make it more difficult to sleep. You can get great information at:
