Get to know her... dont just ask her out as a stranger
Talk to her and if you think you have some chances go 4 it
Don't rush
Take is easy and smooth... if you like her you may tell her but be careful what you say... since girls make visual impression in about 20 seconds and in 3 minutes of talking they know what you are looking for.
