    Divorce while incarcerated
    How can a person that is incarcerated get a divorce? Do you know what it would cost and how do they go about getting the proper paperwork?

    Will it be a contested divorce or will the other party merely sign the divorce paperwork

    Easist way, let them get the paperwork done, they will send it to you as legal mail, you sign and have it witnessed (notarised) and send it back, then they file it in court,
