    Yes there is no lottery, you did not enter one did you ? They want all of your ID info to steal the money you have and to steal your ID latter.

    I'd say yes. If you didn't enter the lottery, or if you didn't buy a lottery ticket, you can't win the lottery.

    This is a funny scam for me...

    The address '3 Rajdamnern Avenue' is the Grand Palace. Nobody lives there.. not an office.
    It's opened for tourists!! :p
