    Average Cost Per Unit
    Direct Materials: $87,000

    Factory Depreciation: $41,000

    Question:

    Assume that the company produced the equivalent of 10,000 units of product during the year. What was the average cost per unit for direct materials? What was the average cost per unit for factory depreciation?

    Please show me how to compute this problem

    Just use the dollar amount divided by units.
