    My gas water heater is leaking
    We came into the basement and there was lots of water on the ground it is leaking from the top and there is about 10 gallons of water on my basement floor??

    Can you tell where on the top it is leaking from? Also try posting this in the plumbing section you might get more answers there.

    By leaking from the top do you mean that water is coming out of a pipe with a funny little lever on it or do you mean that it is coming out of the top of the through the metal?
