    Best pain relieve for muscles pain
    I went to a mommy baby bootcamp work out thing, and it was a lot harder then I thought it would be. I felt great afterwards, then I took a nap and woke up and my legs hurt so badly. Anyone have any way of relieving the pain, even a little bit would help. Thanks

    Aleve or Advil maybe...

    I have whiplash and my chiropractor really recommends them...

    Heat... apply moist heat for 30 minutes at a time. Take Aleve, or Motrin. It's just one of those things you know... no pain no gain.

    Try Mineral Ice also. Big jar for about $10. That helps me with sore muscles.
