Wiring two 3-way motion detector switches
I would like to have two sensors, so each sensor will sense occupancy either way someone enters the room/area.

I've got two Leviton PR-180's (3-way motion detector switches) that I hope can replace a pair of working three way switches.

If I follow the leviton wiring diagram and just substitute a second 3-way motion detector for the 3-way switch pictured, will it enable either motion detector to turn on the light when someone enters the room? I want to be sure that the arrangement will light the room regardless of whether the light is already on or not and turn the lights off when one or both of the switches gets to its time-delay off setting.

    Here's leviton's diagram:

    Thanks for any advice.

I would wire both for single pole mode, so when either senses motion, light goes on, and sensor that received signal last and times out, light goes out. Worse case, you may leave both on on or off override and have to go to both to correct.
Not sure it will work with 2 Pr 180's in one setup(3 way configuration)?

Seems like a good solution. I'll give it a go. Thanks!
