I own a 2000 chevy venture
Recently the gas gague always stays on full except when it is amost empty like within a galon and then it drops to empty and the warning light comes on
No idea how this happened I think it might have been when I left the keys in the ignition but engine off so that I can hear the radio while filling up

Also the windshield wipers when turned off stop on the top of the stroke they do not want to close but they work fine.

Any suggestions guys any help would be greatly appreciated.
