    Error message: the specified mode could not be found.
    I have a program in add and remove. Norton 360. When I go to remove it, this error message comes up. How do I fix it and take the program off. Any suggestions?

    I think the error message in question refers to a 'specified module' in which case it's most likely a corrupted registry key. Here's a link to a page explaining the (hopeful) fix.
