    First I will assume you live in the US and are in Louisana, since that is the only state I know of that does this.

    Louisiana's Bond for Deed

    And you do this though your escrow agent you are using for the sell of the property. Here is one but you can look in your phone book for escrow agents or ask your local real estate agent
