A malt is a milkshake with a bit of malted grain added. Malt gives the milkshake a slightly fuller taste.

A Malt contains a malted milk mixture, ( malted barley, whole milk and wheat flour) to milk shake ingredients for the slightly different flavor. Whereas a milk shake is simply milk, icecream, blended with syrup or fruit, whip cream, nuts and cherries.
