    CPT + OPT for 2005
I worked on CPT from May-AUG 2005 and on OPT AUG 2005 to OCT 2005 for my first employeer. And from OCT 2005 to DEC 2005 for my second employer.
So I have 2 W-2 forms with federal tax witholding.Since I am an indian citizen Should I get full federal refund. Or is there any deduction from my federal refunds.
I would like to know what are the forms that I need to file for my 2005 returns.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Bob111:

More than likely, you will file Form 1040NR. Since you are Indian, you get to claim the standard deduction ($5,000) and your personal exemption ($3,200).

How much you will get back is impossible to tell without the amounts on the two W-2s.
