Farm eggs last longer than store bought because you eliminate the packing and store from the picture.I would say a month,I raise chickens and have kept them longer,but to be safe a month is good.
You can fill your kitchen sink half full of water,then place the eggs down in the water.If the egg floats, it is not good. Eggs from a farm are richer than most store bought eggs.The yolk is usually deep orange,and extra yummy. I think they treat store bought eggs to make them last longer... Feed chickens dye to make yokes yellow... |
