    Adding memory to Simm1 or Simm2
    Currently have 256 ram in Simm1.

    Will be adding 512 ram.

    Can I just put it in Simm2 ?

    Or do I have to put 512 in Simm1 and move 256 to Simm2 ?

    Assuming that they are both the correct speed/type, which slot you choose shouldn't matter.

    The new 512 will be at 133.

    Is there a way I find out what the current 256 runs at?

    Click here CPUID

    And click on CPU-Z 1.44.1
