    House Deed
    My deed to my house is only in my husband's name. How do I go about getting my name added? I live in South Carolina.

    How does one go about adding his/her name to a house deed ?
    I live in the State of South Carolina. My house is only in my husband's name. How do I go about getting my name added to the deed. The house is paid for.

    Click on the Home page for this site. Then go down the list until you see Real Estate Law Forum. Click on it. The third or fourth post in the list will be a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed.
