    Becoming a citizen
My boyfriend lives here and is allowed to be here because he has a green card and what not, he is a citizen of Norway. He is already 18, although he is living with his parents while still attending college. Is it possible for him to apply for citizenship without the consent of his parents? He has lived here more than 10 years.
