    Price increase
    Need help in writing a letter to my customers about increasas the prices due to costs increase in manufacturing the products

    Price increases are difficult to communicate. Don't sugar coat it but explain the reasons (economic- cost of living, material cost increase, shipping and handling, etc.) for the increase and your company's policy regarding such matters.

    Depending on the situation, you may opt for a face to face meeting rather than a letter.

    Always remember to point out that you value your customers business and hopefully you can use the increased cost to provide better service. Make sure you thank them for their continued patronage.
