I was contacted by National Small Business Alliance today and made the big mistake of thinking they were a legitimate business and gave them my bank information. Granted they said it was for a $1.00 charge today and then in 30 days the monthly fee would be $29.95. I wish I had gone onto the web and looked them up before I agreed to do this. I have already contacted my bank to be aware of this transaction and logged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after reading all the complaints on this site. Where else would you suggest we go to get this company off the radar screen of small business owners like myself who are just trying to do their best for their business?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, it might help if you explain what they contacted you about and what you were supposedly paying for. Have they done anything other than you discussed? Have they not lived up to what they offered?

They are a real company, if they are the ones that contacted you and they provide various servies

    National Small Business Alliance

Of course it is a good idea not to give your credit card info to anyone over the telephone
