    vitamin that make the skin oily
    I want to buy omega3 and vitamin E but I heard some make the skin oily, which ones to avoid?

    Of the 2 I would take the omega 3 . There are some mixed claims about Vit E that makes me cautious of over use. Both are generally good for the skin.

    I agree with Tomder.
    If you are taking blood thinners or heart meds the vitamin E can create a bad interaction

    The Omega should not make your skin oily but rather moisturize it.
    I think you might be better off with one that contains a blend of 3, 6, etc...
