    I agree with scottgem that a major company would rip people off on purpose is absurd.

    If it were a small company ran by some teenager in his basement, that's one thing... paypal's a national company with many many employees. If any evidence showed that they screwed someone over purposely, the BBB would be all over them.

    Paypal does have its errors, but what company doesn't? I have similar issues with best buy, circuit city, and even Macy's... not every company is perfect.
