My mental health is about to be completely ruined, and possibily is
    Greetings.

It seems that my life has come to a certain fallpoint and I must admit that for several years now I do not cheerish the thought of living and that due to certain elements of life I am now at the peak of what I can hold out and feel like I shall indeed break mentaly possibily ending up in suicide

    I do wonder this

Is there any way for me to begin a new life since I may say I posses nothing now in a non material way.

Is there any sort of way for me to get mentally healed and I do not wish to state all reasons of my mind being tormented

Thank you for listening to my humble questions

Gaia2l3, I am sorry to hear you are in such dire straights. I don't know why you are having such difficulty, you haven't said but are reaching out to us and getting your fears down in words that we can understand.

My initial thought after reading your post was that you needed a totally new start somewhere else, digging up your roots, reinventing your life so to speak. I don't know how old you are but it really doesn't matter, this is what you should do to get yourself out of that funk of feeling suicidal.

I could say see a counsellor and you are going to see responses that suggest this and I sincerely hope that by myself starting these revelations for you, these suggestions, some others will chime in as well and you will see that you actually do have many options.

Good luck, keep up the dialogue with all of us and it will be sorted out to your satisfaction, I promise you.

Yes,you can get healed, time does help get a new perspective.

Maybe where you are right now,you do not see a way out,but once you have passed this period in life, you might wonder how you could have thought to give up.

Hold on to the hope that you are not alone and that there are others out there who are in the same situation or those who have found a way out of a similar situation.

As Tickle said keep posting here, there might be someone who could help you find your way through this.

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way! In answer to your questions, yes, I believe that you can begin a new life and yes, you can feel better mentally. You may feel like there is no hope, but I believe there is always hope. Each day is an opportunity to start over again. I think talking to a counselor is a good idea if possible, because it can really help to have someone professional to talk to when you are feeling that badly. Don't give up on yourself and your life. You never know what might happen, the best things in the world could be just around the corner for you.

If you have nothing holding you back then you can make a list of all the things you are good at, all the things you enjoy and what you would like to do most in life and then work toward that. Maybe you could think of a way to help others that may make you feel like you have something to live for.

Actually it is often easier to start all over being mentally empty, If and when you hit the most lowest point, you can only go up. You can start making plans on being the person you want to be.

I agree that seeking help would be best. Being a counselor myself, I do know how some people are against it. I would agree with everyone else and say seeking a professional would be most helpful, but there are other things as well. There are women;s centers in all major cities(they offer support, groups, employment help, educational help, anything you need), support groups, etc. I know its sounds so cliché to suggest those things, but it truly is important you know you are not alone, things will get better with a little effort on your part, and there are people who will walk you through whatever you are going through! You already made the first step, to ask for help. Oh, and there are online supports as well! That might be start, but I do think it is important for you to physically get support from others as well! It does het better! I have seen it happen many times! :)
