    Windows live ID and net passport
    Some how I managed to set my windows live ID (my email address) as my
    Net passport. It's running automatically and showing the number of emails I have above my user name on the log in page.

    I do not like being constantly updated about my emails when I'm not online.
    Does anyone know how to turn it off?
