    Morning sickness
Any tips on relieving morning sickness ? My niece is sick all day and the thought of food is horrible for her. She can't eat or talk about food or see it. She's about 10 weeks. Third child. Other two were boys and did not go thro this. Some sickness but not near this bad. Help!

She could try eating papaya, pineapple, citrus or tropioal fruits or drinking clear soda like Sprite.

If the sickness is that bad, she should consult her doctor. However, most women who get morning sickness usually get over it at about 13 weeks of pregnancy. If she has not, she really needs to be checked out by her OB.
