These '... go to the store answers are all well and good, and for semi-current equipment it works just fine. However; I would submit that most of these questions, or at least a lot of these questions, are coming from folks with much older, GOOD Sears Craftsman saws, and I can tell you from experience Sears no longer has the information, and are not interested in providing it. I currently have 1 saw from the 60's, and 1 from a time earlier? The saws are in VERY good condition, and are far superior to the cheap junk being made today. I would dealy love to find a source for even reprinted owners manuals for this equipment. For information such as setting the 90 degree stop on the saw, for example. I can probably search it out, but old manuals would greatly help us oldies. Need help from something other than Sears, as they are not into providing what I KNOW they have on record SOMEWHERE.
