    Hippa Laws
It was recently brought to my attention that my manager discussed my mental health issues in front of another co worker and asst. manager. The asst. manager warned him of discussing my issues and was quoted as saying:eventually someone may find out about your constant releasing of personal and health info to other co workers. Is this a violation of the HIPPA Laws regarding my health issues.?

No its not a HIPAA violation since your manager is not your health care provider. However, it is a serious breach of ethics and may violate company policies. How did he know about your issues?
