Winmx
Have tried to download MXpie patch (auto download) but can never connect to the site. Does it still exist or is there another patch available to get winmx up and running again.
OR has AOL got a firewall block to prevent access if so how do I get around this problem
Regards

There is still a way to access it, some one told me but I forgot as it sounded complicated, so its still around, and a great p2p it is.

They did not get shut down.
They were served a cease and desist order by the RIAA and they panicked.
There is a new web-site, MXPIE, which professes to help us (out here in no-man's-land) to re-connect.
I've had some success, but I've been busy.
I'm still working on it.
I will let you know.
Check out the Web-site, "MXPIE".
