    Since you asked so politely, the internal detailed design of a ballast is proprietary, so any detailed information is not available to the public.

    Best for you to purchase one and reverse engineer it by disassembling one.

    But first you need to decide which one, as there are so many types for various lamps, voltages, technologies,etc.
