    Debt Validation & Disclosure Statement
Hi all - OK, I am working on a debt validation letter to an attorney representing the debt collector. I included most all of the questions suggested by the debt disclosure statement post here. I am a little frustrated with all this, about to give up but won't.

Do these attorneys actually answer these disclosure statements? If not, what purpose do they serve?

What kind of validation do they send and what should I expect?

What defense do I have if they don't answer the disclosure statement and just send me some time of documentation regarding the debt.

I am soooooooooo confused and stressed... any help is appreciated.
