I wonder too if there is a wysiwyg editor that could be used. I do see mention of external editors but it's all french to me. I'll have to do some more reading.

Well, I found the answer. It's no: "Presently there is no available 'ready-to-go' package for incorporating full WYSIWYG into the MediaWiki software."

Haha, yes I'm published now :)
Now here's a funny story: I started using that term back in 1999-2000 thinking it had not been used before. My goal was to put a twist on the two ideas/movements of Apologetics and Ecumenism.
I really presumed that I just made it up, but later found that Fr. Benedict M. Ashley used it about the same time in his book.
About 5 years ago there were only about 20 search engine hits for the term... now there are over 1300 :)
... so maybe in a dictionary of the future it's definition will include "Coined by either Rick J or Fr. Fr. Benedict M. Ashley"
... so maybe Andy Warhol was right :p
... It will be interesting to see how, if and by whom the entry gets edited.

I'm practicing my wiki skills by editing some current articles...
Why can't I edit the top section of articles? Here's an example:
In it I can edit only stuff including and below the first header "Background".
How can the top part of articles be edited?
Thanks!

Is it not true that this site is basically maintained by individuals? We cannot take all of the info on this site for fact as we could an encyclopedia.
I have found many inconsistencies when looking on this website, and am able to prove it wrong.
