    Medical Bankruptcy
    I have about $20k in medical bills. Is there a medical bankruptcy that can be filed?

    Chapter 7 and Chapter 13; you will need to review your income and budget with your attorney, as well as your assets and liabilities. Flip through the Yellow Pages for a bankruptcy attorney if you cannot get a good referral from family or friends.

    There is bankruptcy, not just for medical bills, but all your bills.
    Some bankrutpcy attorneys give a free first visit, ( others are charging now) So do call and ask.
