    Staining Hardy Plank
    Can hardy plank siding be stained or must it be painted?

    We have seen Hardy Plank siding before it's a concrete fiber siding. You can only paint it. Use acrylic topcoats when panting and please do not paint the siding when it's wet. I hope this helped you out.

    Hardie Plank lap siding comes from the factory with a sealer primer so you won't be able to stain.
