    Breaking a lease with a roommate
    My roommate is physically abusive to me and I have filed a police report can I ibreak my lease with her?

    May I suggest that you find another place and move out your belongings immediately for your own physical safety. Get a copy of the police report as you will need this should the roommate take you to court for any money.
