Factorise further
I am struggling to factorise this equation
s^3 + 2s^2 +3s +2 I can get it down to (s^2 + s + 2) (s+1) can it be factorised further so the s^2 is not there.
Any help Appreciated :cool:

no I do not believe that it can be factored any further. Th only things that I could think of to possible break it down were (s-1)(s+2) which does not equal s^2 + s+ 2
it would have a negative 2. what you have is correct.
