So in grade school I read this book about 3 years back and I want to read it again because it was so good but I don't remember the title, here is a discription of what I rember, its beleved that if you make a wish in a circle of flowers that the wish will come true. There is a sister and she needs surgery of her leg and her brother makes the money by selling his horse I beleve. Thanks

It sounds similar to a book by Wilson Rawls called Summer of the Monkeys. They also made a movie of it - hope this helps.
