I was trying to reseach this, but found at least 5 of the pages that came up from the search having virus and trojons on them, so I stopped looking and running a check on my system as I type.
But in general, they are nice esp if you like sewing machines, they are nice if they came from someone in the family. Most do not have a lot of value, and are normally woth less than 1000 dollars at best.
I love the old sewing machines, had a sewing items colections, and for me, the owning would be the pleasure, if you are looking at making a large profit, I doubt it.

I have not heard of the name Stratco for a sewing machine. Have looked for information on it, but have not been able to come up with anything yet. That doesn't mean that information about it is not available on the Internet though. Are you sure of the spelling? Are there any other names or words on the machine? It just might be really hard to find on the Internet. Other places that would be possible resources would be books at a public library on antique sewing machines and books on collectibles that you might find at a bookstore.
Concerning whether it is "worth" something or has any value. The following is from an answer I gave on this site some time ago concerning that. If the machine has been in your family for some time, then it might be priceless because of it's sentimental value.
You also might want to consider the following from a post that I wrote a number of weeks ago.
A lot of people will say that the old machines don't have much value because they keep appearing in yard and garage sales, etc.
However, some of the machines from the early era of them can be quite beautiful in the artwork on the machines themselves and also in the cabinetry work.
They can make a nice display in the home if you get creative and put some things around them that are also from the same era from when they were made. They can become great conversation pieces then.
In my home, almost every piece of furniture has a story behind it. Either having a long history in my family or, there was an unusual way in which I acquired them.
Whether it has much monetary value depends on its condition, beauty and what someone would want to pay for it.
Just a tip. If the machine is on a stand that is made of cast iron, which either all or part of it almost certainly is, please be very careful when moving it so that it doesn't get dropped. The cast iron does break very easily. That's how we lost a very old family sewing machine. I was the one who dropped it on the cement outdoors!
Someone who commented on my post added the following:
I sold a 1883 Singer sewing machine, with a Coffin top, that covered the machine on top, instead of it dropping down into the cabinet, for 530.00. It was in very good condition, with 6 side drawers. Hope this helps, bhfinds

Last year my daughter gave me an antique treadle sewing machine. The name on the
Front of the machine is "Stratco V". I also have not been able to find out anything about
This machine. The machine appears to be in good shape, but the cabinet needs repair.
I would love to know more if the info is available. Thanks.
