    Connecting HDTV
    I have all the cables I could possibly need.

    I have an Audio receiver only.

    I have a Motorola HD Cable Box

    I have a Recordable DVD(Emerson)

    I have a Toshiba HDTV

    I've connected the audio receiver directly to the DVD(audio)

    I've connected the DVD directly to the cable box(signal)

    I've connected the TV directly to the DVD((signal)

    I've connected the TV directly to the Cablebox (Video)

    Is this right?

    How will I record TV shows? I'm confused!:)

    Cable or satellite feeds EMERSON DVD is hooked in line first ---->

    This feeds Motorola HD Cable Box which feeds to ---->Toshiba HDTV
