    vitamin E capsules or oil?
    Are vitamin E caps and vitamin E oil equally effective? I've got the capsules by kirkland that are meant to be taken orally... are those the ones I shhould break open and mix with a lotion to apply to skin? Or should I buy the oil?

    I find the viatimin e oil difficult to use because it is so thick and doesn't spread easily. The vitamin e capsules can be broken open and used the same way.

    I recommend using the Vitamin E Oil. Vitamin E Oil helps moisturize and soften the skin.
