    No ejaculation
    35 year old male no ejaculation this means little to no sprem. But I do have an orgasm
    And also I am diabectic. One day I will like to have kids how do I fix this whare do I start?

    Have you had a sperm court done by a doctor? If not you don't know, and we don't know what your count is. Work on other health issues as much as possible
