    Bankruptcy on more than 1 check cashing co.
    Can I file bankruptcy on check cashing companies?

    You don't file bankruptcy on check cashing companies... you file bankruptcy for yourself..

    Go talk to a lawyer if you want to file bankruptcy.

    Also, check cashing companies are not a good idea, they end up putting you in more debt and have very high interest rates.

    I really don't understand the question. If you owe money to such a company, you can included them in the debts being discharged.

    Normally if you wrote a check to a company and they gave you money, then they go to cash that check and there is no money, then they can press criminal charges if you don't pay for the bad check

    Ifyou are talking about pay day advance loans, they can be included in bankruptcy.

    But you file bankrutpcy on all your debts, not just one, and you have to have enough debt to income, to even qualify any longer
