    80's Dance Mix
    Hello Everyone,

    There was a Dance Mix Song played regularly at a club that I frequently went to in Texas in the mid 80's. The song is mostly drum beats and at the end of a drum roll it would say "NEW YORK, NEW YORK, NEW YORK! In a Baritone Voice. Can anyone help me out on a song name and artist PLEASE!

    I think you might be talking about PET SHOP BOYS "PANINARO"? It's the right year and in the track Chris sings "New York" 3 times over in a low voice. It's not instrumental, but there aren't heaps of lyrics in it. It's quite minimalistic. Here is the YouTube link:
