    Court date and stipulation
Hi, I made an agreement with attorneys for creditor to pay 100 every month. I have a stipulation from them where it says that as long as I make this payment every month before the 15th no legal action will be taken and it says that I don't have to show up for the court date which is Nov. 30th, 2007.. Should I trust these lawyers? I checked on line and the court date has not been cancelled. Should I show up on the court date or should I go before the court date to the court and ask them to put the copy of the stipulation I have in my file just in case. I already made one payment to them for this month. Thank you.

Irtr is their attorneys, not your attorney, if the court date is still set show up.

I didn't show up for the court date but when I checked online for the outcome of the court hearing it says settled. So I guess that is the end of that as long as I make my regular payments.
