    Gelatin substitute
I have a recipie that calls for gelatin. However, I am alergic to gelatin. The recipie is for a mousse. Is there anything I can use instead?? Thank you!

Well, I found a solution. I just used twice the amount of pectin. Eg: the recipie called for 1 tblsp of gelatin, so I used 2 tblsp pectin. I worked great :)
