    Violation of Probation?
    If someone is on Propation and get a PBJ on a DUI charge, is that considered violation of probation?

    Hello bran:

    If ANYONE here would understand criminal or legal vernacular, it would be me. However, the only PBJ I'm familiar with is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

    I DO know what a DUI is. Even without the PBJ, the DUI will violate your probation.

    Or, are you on probation for the DUI and you got a PBJ?? Dude. If you want help here, you need to tell me what's going on.
