    Avg. Pay for a would be 'L-1' Visa Receipient ?
    Hello, I would like to know what the average pay for a would be 'L-1 Visa' holder ( IT specialization) is or should be. :)

    L1 or H1 visa employers should ideally pay the prevailing wage for a particular profession and region.

    So prevailing wage of a 2 year and a 5 year experienced professionals will be different. Similarly IT programmer or DBA salaries will be different. Similarly prevailing wage in Chicago and San Francisco will be different.
