I some how managed to download a spyware called security toolbar 7.1 is there a safe way to remove it free, I have norton anti virus with spyware and it slipped by it. Any advice will be appreciated

1. Download and run Firefox to protect your from future spyware attacks and pop ups which are coming in through internet explorer (Trojan downloaders, win32 ) .Then update your windows through Firefox

2. Run the vundo and combo fix
