    Fiancé in the picture
If I have been dating someone for a while and I am now engaged, can the father of my child try to keep my fiancé from being around my child? There is nothing in our papers saying he cannot be around her. The only thing that is in there is about no cohabitation. The father of my child is now saying he is going to take me to court to make sure my fiancé cannot be around my daughter.

Let him. Unless he can prove that your fiancé and moved in with you or that your fiancé presents a danger to his child, he can't control this. No judge is likely to agree.

There is no cohabition clause this normally states that you or the child's father can't live with someone of the opposite sex unless you are married to that person. So if he not living with you then its fine. When are you getting married?

Sometimes there are times outlined in the cohobation clause. Like mine says that there can be no one of the opposite sex, other than blood or marriage, in the home with the children between the hours of 11pm and 6am. As long as he left before 11pm or didn't bring breakfast until after 6am you would be fine.

The tricky part is if there is no times in the order, you might want to go back to court and have them outlined, depending on when the wedding will be. Judges are weird in their rulings sometimes, but I can't see a Judge telling you that you have to marry this guy before he can spend anytime with your children.
