    You would have to contact particular offices for that info. Some do allow their employees to work at home, yet others don't. Every company has individual policies in place and they vary from place to place.

    Its possible, but your area will depend largely on how commonplace it is.

    I work in an office with 65 employees and 8 doctors. Only 4 work from home as medical transcriptionists. I've known some offices who pool together and use work-from-home medical billers, but you would have to become state certified and start a business out of your home.

    I think in general, the work-from-home employees are limited to transcription and billing duties. Almost any other job would require you to work within the office for full access of the facilities. In this area at least, both have to obtain certifications and buy equipment for their trade. If you have these things, you could start applying for different local positions.

I have dental bill of 973.00 which I am being taken to small claims court for. The court is in NJ and I live in PA. Can they garnish my wages because I do not have the full amount to give them? If so how much are they allowed to garnish my wages for and does it show on my credit report?
