    MS software abroad
    Hi Friends,
    I have done under-graduation in statistics. My pre-college course was on computers.
    Is it possible to do MS in computers/software abroad? It would be helpful if you could name some universities. Thanks

    I am an American in Japan, I WILL be going to college in the Philippines with a minor in IT. Philipinos export all their laborers so they need to be educated, not the best in the world but you get more than you pay for, its inexpensive there plus I know the system in the country, I don't know if an outsider would feel real safe there, maybe its OK if you lay low and be cool.
