    I like the fact that it looks like the now defunct AskMe.com but it sure seems to lack the popularity

    Since you've posted your "question" in Computers for Beginners, I can only assume you're speaking of the speed in which the pages, on this site, are loading.

    It would depend on what sort of connection you have; dial-up, DSL, cable... each being faster than the previous one.

    Please clarify your question, and, perhaps, someone can be of more help... unless your "question" is strictly rhetorical, in which case, I don't think anyone can help.
